Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the product, Clever Diaries will refund monies paid. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving notice of the defective product.
